A good purchase

Was looking for some packable lightweight downpants for winter camping and bike packing bought 2 pair. I have owned several Taiga down quilts and very happy with them (spend 20-30 nights a year in them). The pants are warm, lightweight and packable. The one star reduction is that fit on me is a little snug on the upper thigh - all other dims are great.

Super light down pants!

Just received my Taiga downlite pants and they are fantastic!
Just the right weight and warmth. Super light and packable so they will help extend my shoulder season camping. Great underlayer in winter too no doubt.

Saw light downpants on Amazon too but these are made here in Canada and with Taiga quality.
Delighted with this purchase and know I will get a lot of use out of these.

Can’t go wrong with these products

I live in Alberta, and already own the arctic down pants, which I love but find they were a little to warm above minus 20 (not a real problem really.. lol), I bought the down light pants , and wear them in minus weather up to minus 20. I can stay outside all day wearing any combination mentioned, and not feel the least bit uncomfortable. Tiaga’s down regulates temperature quite well... I have been using tiaga’s products for years (sleeping bags , jackets , pants , and wool) . I would give 5 stars to everything I’ve purchased.
PS: as I write this review ( which I rarely do) it is -24 with -32 wind chill, I will be wearing the arctic down pants today
