PAYMENTS

Canada and U.S. Orders
Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal or Postal Money Order.

International Orders:
We only accept payment by PayPal or Money Order. NO Credit Cards! Contact us if you need a shipping quote, stating your address & order details. Please note that your country may charge you import duty & taxes.

Credit Card Payments:
Only use your own personal Visa or Master Card. Credit cards of other persons cannot be accepted. Orders paid by credit card cannot be picked up at the store.

Institutional/Commercial Sales:
Please contact us for price quotes and general information.

SHIPPING CHARGES

To calculate the shipping charge for your order, add the product(s) to your shopping cart. Then click 'Calculate Shipping'. Most orders are shipped with Canada Post. Orders over $1000 or large items are shipped with a special courier. For shipping rates on larger orders, please contact us. You will not be able to place larger orders through our online shopping cart.

RETURN POLICY

  • UNUSED items can be returned within 10 days (after receipt of shipment) for exchange or refund.
  • No refunds without SALES RECEIPT! Items showing signs of use, or items sent for refund without sales receipt, cannot be accepted.
  • All return items must be sent Postage PREPAID! If justified, you'll be reimbursed (regular postage rate, Canada & U.S. only) - except for warranties and exchanges. Items sent 'collect' cannot be accepted.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - CANADA

  1. Please insert a note with the original order number, your name, phone number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Mark the order number on the parcel.
  3. INSURE the contents and ship the parcel by “Regular Parcel Post” (the cheapest service at the Post Office). Do NOT use UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Greyhound, or others – since the higher cost of these services will be charged back to YOU.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS -USA

  1. Do not exceed the insured content value of $500 per parcel.
  2. Please insert a note with the original order number, your name, phone number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Mark the order number on the parcel.
  4. On the duty declaration form enter “RETURN” in the field marked “Other”, and attach this form to the parcel.
  5. Ship the parcel by “1st Class Mail International Package” (it’s the cheapest service at the Post Office). Do NOT use Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or others – since the extra costs & high brokerage fees ($50+) of these services will be charged back to YOU. 

Maximum size for postal parcels is 24” length, or a total of 36” when length, width & height are combined. Maximum weight is 4lbs. If necessary, split your return into 2 parcels.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - OTHER COUNTRIES

  1. Please insert a note with the original order number, your name, phone number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Mark the order number on the parcel.
  3. Enter “RETURN” on the duty declaration form, and attach it to the parcel.
  4. INSURE the contents and ship the parcel by the cheapest service available from your POST OFFICE. Do NOT use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or others – since the extra costs & high brokerage fees ($50+) of these services will be charged back to YOU.
