Refund policy

UNUSED items can be returned within 10 days (after receipt of shipment) for exchange or refund.

No refunds without SALES RECEIPT! Items showing signs of use, or items sent for refund without sales receipt, cannot be accepted.

All return items must be sent Postage PREPAID! If justified, you'll be reimbursed (regular postage rate, Canada & U.S. only) - except for warranties and exchanges. Items sent 'collect' cannot be accepted.
