FANTASTIC - NOT MUCH ELSE TO SAY

I bought mine in 2011 and I am using it as a daily commuter in Vancouver since new, 12-15km each way, summer or winter, except warm summer days. At 12 years of steady use and washing occasionally, it is as functional today as it was Day 1. I have zero need to replace it. If you put a new one beside it, you can probably see some minor fade in the red colour but that is about all. I use a backpack every work day. Well made, great fit. Great storm shell and wind breaker (add some fleece for the -5 or the rare -10C days). I never use the hood even in the downpours and stay 99% dry (ok maybe 95% in the big downpours). My shell has a front zipper cover which the new ones don't seem to have (that's the only noticeable difference). I like MEC but I'll buy local Taiga over MEC any day. Thank you!
